Allow Breeze of Fresh Thoughts

Being busy in some activity means we are slaved by the activity which is more or less controlled by our current circumstances. At this time, we put all our body, mind and all their energies to solve the problem in hand. Although this is necessary to solve the current problem, this disallows us to breath in fresh wave of thoughts independent of our current circumstances. So, if we remain busy all the time hopping from one problem to another, from one activity to another, we never get a chance to have fresh innovative thoughts. This makes our life a mere routine and a lot boring for us as well as for others around. This counters our status as a social element. Since, one important aspect of human life is its sociability, by remaining busy all the time, we withdraw ourselves from being a human-being and become a mere robot in human form.

A mechanical life is dangerous for our health also because our mind gets no time to look after well-being of our body. In such a situation, even sicknesses are not realized unless they become acute and danger to life. For this reason, busy persons often have serious ailments, like high blood pressure, diabetes, abdomen ulcers, depression, heart diseases, etc. stored in their bodies.

One basic objective of human life is to contribute to progress of human civilization which is possible only when we have fresh innovative thoughts on problems and pleasures of human life. Therefore, a healthy human-being is who provide some of his time to fresh innovative thinking.

The most common occurrence of fresh thinking is when one is free from his/her routine activities and unbounded by his/her circumstantial factors. This makes an imperative for every one of us to have some free time. To many, it may look like idleness but it is not really so. It is an opportunity when one gets new ideas and fresh thoughts.

So, find some time free from your routines and go wild in the open fields, to river banks, etc. without being engrosses by any of your problems and don't try to think anything but allow your mind to grasp whatever comes to it in the most natural way. t may not look productive in the first instance, but if you keep on allowing it again and again, you may notice some thoughts developing further and taking concrete shapes. Some of these thoughts may even be pioneering thoughts for the humanity.
