Ways to Super-humanism

The greatest identity of humanity, which separates it from other life species, is its highly developed brain through which it thinks and for recording its thoughts developed written languages. So, written languages are symbolic representations of humanism and thinking is its most defining asset. .


More a person uses his/her brain and records his/her thoughts through writing, more he/she contributes to up-lifting himself/herself above common ocean of humanity. As such, thoughts play important role in transformation from an ordinary human-being to a super-human.


Thoughts represent guidance to use discretion at every step in life  It is also a fact that no person who acts after thinking ever commits a crime. here, I must clarify that mistakes are different from crimes. A mistake is that of a judgment by the person and in most of the cases, it is retrievable. But crimes are those acts which are aimed at intentionally harming others  


So, way to super-humanism is thinking and its tool available to all human-beings is the brain. Now, question is when all human-beings have brains, why don;t the think and what drives them to commit crimes ?

Apart from the brains, we have our minds also and the mind always comes before thinking application of brain, although the mind also acts through brain only but not necessarily its thinking faculty. Mind is spread to every system of human body, controls the respective systems, and arouses desires in the person driven by one or more of the body systems. A desire when perceived by the person may be acted on even without thinking on its consequences or its rightness. Persons commit crimes under influences of such desires without involving thinking faculty of the brain. 


Making use of thinking faculty is a matter of choice and habit of the person. Those, habitual of thinking, do so before every action of theirs irrespective of intensity of the desire demanding an action. Sch persons never commit a crime and such persons only have a possibility of evolving to super-humanism.


Authorship is a human endeavor where thinking is necessarily required, making the person habitual of thinking. Authorship is different from just writing a script. Writing is simply a collection of words based on given or prescribed norms, often requiring no thinking. Authorship is initiated by thinking and the scripting the evolved thoughts. 


Many other professions also require thinking making the professional a habitual thinker. Such professions, such as philosophy, advocacy, engineering, medicine, etc. also have possibilities of evolving super-humans out of ordinary human-beings.    .    

Touches develop Intimacy

For developing intimacy, nothing works like touches, and softer the body parts in contact more effective are the touches. Softer body parts are always more sensitive than the harder parts of the body. So, it is the sensitivity of the body parts used in touches that matters in developing an intimacy.

As for hand-shakes, if only the palms of the two persons come in contact, the hand-shake remains a formality, but when a person is touched on his/her upper part of the hand, the relationship gets to be more intimate. For this, another hand need be used to support the right hand usually used in a hand-shake.

Meeting with chests close to each other is a traditional way of developing and displaying intimacy. This is indicative of meeting in wholeness - body and mind. For its completion also, putting arms around mutual busts becomes necessary. 

Meeting with lips tightly pressed on one another is the right beginning of developing sexual intimacy. In the process, even tongues of the two persons mingle with each other in deeper love for each other. If a love-relationship is unilateral or is half-hearted from one side, it gets clearly exhibited during a kiss. Bites by one is indicative of lusty nature of the other. In love, lust surely follows but it must be reciprocal. 

For a senior-junior relationship, putting hand on the junior's shoulders makes a great difference. In Asian tradition, putting hand over head of the junior displays blessings of the senior to the junior which are just the good wishes. Touching feet of the senior by the junior has been a tradition in India cultivated by cunning Vamans of the country to over-power others psychologically. It is too derogatory for the junior, so need be eradicated.   

Even animals are sensitive to touches from other animals of same or different species. The first display of love to a new-born baby by the mother is through licking the baby's body. When a person puts his/her hand on an animal, the latter feels safe and secured in the company. 

How to Develop Intimacy

During my adolescence, I got attracted to a girl in my neighborhood which is considered a taboo in Indian society.Since, the love did not fructify, it remained an unbearable tension for me for 20 years, until I met the then woman and her husband in a cozy atmosphere. For this, I had to develop an intimate friendship with the husband. The whole exercise proved to be a lesson in developing intimacy.

Gaze

For developing an intimacy what matters most is mutual interest coupled with trustworthiness. We try to judge mutual trustworthiness firstly through gazes. If a companion is found avoiding directly looking in to one's eyes, he/she is surely hiding something and is not directly trusted. Thus, eyes are windows to one's intentions. If you want to be intimate of somebody, share your gazes with minds and hearts fully open to each other.

Touches
Shaking hands formally may not matter much but keeping hand in hand for a considerable period helps in feeling feelings of each other. Touches get to emotional depths when they are through softer parts of the body. So, kiss is a universally recognized process of developing intimacy.

Equality
Whatever be the age difference of the two, a surrender or a domination by one over the other surely proves injurious to intimacy, however there may develop other types of relationships. When two meet with a friendly consideration to each other, ten only the intimacy enters the relationship.

Humor
Another significant factor of intimacy is amusement of each other in the company for which occasional sparks of humor are essential. When one is humorous, the other must appreciate it. In every relationship in practical life, highs and lows are faced every now then, the lows blocking lines of communication. Humor surely and easily breaks such an impasse.   

For missing physical dimension of intimacy, online relationships hardly develop in to an intimacy. 

Importance of Looks

When I was on faculty of at an Engineering, I had very long beard, shining white long hairs on my head and I used to wear only whites. I think that gave me a look of a person of ancient times. I was new at the college and was very conservative in developing close contacts with others. One day, a girl student of my class met me in the college corridor, told me her problem of mental distraction from studies and started sobbing. I promised her all my help. The relationship soon changed from teacher-student to a father-daughter type. The incident of the girl seeing me in the corridor is a lesson in human psychology of trust through looks. My looks made me trustworthy to her.

Every relationship has a purpose - viz. business, guidance, friendship, etc, which is best served through mutual trustworthiness. Through learning from our society, every one of us develop some notions about different looks for trustworthiness for different purposes. Even such notions differ from person to person. These notions, though, are not rigidly followed and keep on changing, still become significant for impression at the first sight. Whenever we see a person complying to our notion for some purpose, we get attracted and tend to develop a relationship of that particular type.

Just like some looks are considered attractive by a person, some other looks may have  repelling influences on the person at the first sight. In my opinion, which stands amendable, the are no preconceived notions for repelling looks but take form at the particular instant of the first sight.

A look bear significance in only initializing a contact, later relationship depends on many other factors such as voice, smiles, intellect, etiquette, etc. So, it is not advisable to judge a person by looks only. These may be deceiving. Many persons take undue advantage of their generally good looks to serve their vested interests. 

Live for Yourself

Most of us do little for our own satisfaction as compared to what we do for impressing others about our worth. In many efforts of such impressions, we fake ourselves as some one we are not, and, in the process, we hide ourselves.

There was a time when people were more innocent than they are today and some clever persons were able to fool them with their fake images. Situation is greatly changed now. When we fake ourselves, most of the persons understand the fakeness but say nothing adverse about it just because they don't want to displease us without a sound reason. this is because the people in the world today have become diplomats to a great extent. This clearly means that through our fake projections, we gain nothing but lose our precious credibility in the society around us.

The best strategy is to live according to our own convictions and project our real selves to others through our postures, words and deeds. Here, it is worthwhile to understand difference between  projection and impression. A projection, also termed as expression, could only be intended by a person without any surety of a compatible influence on others. An impression is what others perceive of us through our postures, words and deeds. It is beyond any body's control. So, a fake projection is of little value except for fools.

Every fake projection takes more of energies and resources of the person than those taken by a real projection. Indeed, a real projection is no projection and hence needs no resources. One has just be his/her real self without intending any projection. Secondly, a real projection is always more impressive than a fake projection. So, every fake projection is uneconomical on physical and psychological scales. 

In-spite of the above negative aspects of fake projections, most of the persons do that, why? Just because they themselves have no good impressions of themselves. In other words, a person suffering from inferiority complex tries a fake projection of him/herself which proves to be a bad strategy.

Right Way of Impressing
every one has some strong points in his/her personality along with having some weaknesses. The person him/herself knows about these much better than any other person can do that. However, a psychologist may help in understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the self. For a nice and successful projection, one has to understand these about him/herself and then concentrate on the strengths in postures, words and deeds without even bothering about a projection. A real-self need no effort for projection but impresses others automatically.        

So, just concentrate on your strong points and be a star in your society. It is just living for yourself what you are made for.

Male-Female Relationships at Work-places

The work places are different from other places in matter of performances of individuals. Those who take more of responsibilities are liked by most of the persons at work places. While authorities and responsibilities go together at work places, being authoritative is not liked by most of the persons. Here, I must point out that having an authority is different from being authoritative, Authority may be utilized in an authoritative manner or in a friendly manner. While authority facilitates hierarchical communications, being authoritative is distasteful to communications.

At a work place, occasional sparks of humor by seniors improve performances of individuals through creating an atmosphere of friendliness. Juniors feel pleased in taking more of workloads and responsibilities. A smiling face is liked by all even at work places.  

All persons behave differently in presence of male and female persons nearby. If an office has both male and female workers, the atmosphere is more sober and disciplined as compared to a unisex office. This is an effective way of improving work at offices. Such an impact remains even if the colleagues are new and their relationships have not evolved. In a hetero-gender office, evolution process of relationships works faster.


A basic instinct of every person is to look sexually attractive to companions of opposite gender, provided their ages are compatible. This instinctive nature is the primary reason for every one to look disciplined also. Their relationships evolve through trial and error, as most of them are not really what they try to look like. The reality comes to surface only with closer contacts. These initial fake postures of individuals ultimately turn into  an undesirable result whereby every individual either likes or hates other individuals. There are only exceptional cases of in-between go-getters. The work place gets a polarized pattern of relationships resulting in more of competitive sparks in minds of colleagues.

Apart from sexual attraction to opposite sex, another reason for polarized atmosphere is that everyone sees a competitor of himself/herself in everyone else of the same gender. Competitive feelings of colleagues may be utilized positively by the management through encouraging every one to perform better than the others. If not done so, these results into leg pulling marring performance of the office. This puts a critical burden on the management.  

With age gap of working persons, the factor of looking sexually attractive is replaced by seniors becoming affectionate towards juniors but the disciplinary impact still remains the same. Here also gender difference matters. In  relationships within a family, daughters have more faith in their father while sons get closer to their mother. This phenomenon is on display at workplaces also where age gaps of colleagues are wide apart and persons of both the genders are present.
